Match Format
- Game Structure: A match consists of the best of three games, each played to 21 points.
- Scoring System:
- A point is scored on every serve, regardless of which side served.
- The side winning a rally adds a point to its score.
- If the score reaches 20 all, the first side to gain a 2-point lead wins the game.
- If the score reaches 29 all, the side scoring the 30th point wins the game.
- The side that wins a game will serve first in the next game.
Serving Rules
- Service Court:
- At the beginning of the game (0-0) and when the server’s score is even, the server must serve from the right service court.
- When the server’s score is odd, the server serves from the left service court.
- Continuing Play:
- If the server wins the rally, they score a point and continue serving from the alternate service court.
- If the receiver wins the rally, they score a point and become the new server, serving from the appropriate service court (left if their score is odd, right if even).
